Picture of a penOur Content Management Systems (CMS) allow editing of the pages in a client's site to be performed by the client, without the need for any technical skills. The CMS will allow you to maintain any number of pages each of which may contain any number of content elements such as text, headings, images, flash, videos & downloadable files.

The CMS uses a series of pre-defined layouts that are used to create different layouts for content items such as news features and other items of content. To create a page, you simply choose different layouts depending on the content you wish to add. These layouts may be designed to display any combination of the content elements. A page may contain just one layout or may contain many, thus creating an infinite range of page styles. Adding content is as simple as filling out a form.

The benefit of the pre-defined layouts system is that these are designed by a professional web designer ensuring the end visual result is professional and it is consistent, regardless of who in the client's organisation performs the update, as the user only enters the text and the formatting is done automatically by the CMS and the layouts. The CMS will check that all relevant information has been supplied before accepting the content, thus ensuring the quality of the site.

The CMS is scalable without any upgrades, meaning you can grow your site from a just a few pages to thousands of pages. And it is flexible too, it provides more than just a means of adding content, it creates a fully interactive site that is easy to create and manage with minimal staff training.

  • Opinion polls can easily be created with multiple answers.

  • Picture galleries can allow visitors to browse images.

  • Add/delete/re-order/edit pages and navigation structures.
  • Automatically update navigation menus as pages etc are added.
  • Temporally disable the display of a whole or part of a page section to prevent download or viewing.
  • Change the running order of items within a page.
  • Add image captions and upload enlarger versions.
  • Create polls and news tickers.
  • Page view and banner clicks reporting.
  • Upload banner ads and allocate to areas of the site.
